ReMax on the River

To Whom It May Concern:
This is an unsolicited letter of appreciation and recommendation for the real
estate brokerage services of Sharon Cronin, Gloria Kirkey, and the many staff of
ReMax on the River whom I don't know by name but were equally helpful in
marketing my Newburyport condominium. I have bought and sold several properties
in the Newburyport area and have never been more satisfied with a a broker's
services than I have been with ReMax.
Sharon and her staff elicited three full-price offers in the several months my
condominium was on the market, and one offer over full-price, along with several
lower bids. One of the high offers was withdrawn by the prospective buyer,
another I rejected, a third pulled out after acceptance for financial reasons,
and the fourth closed on schedule at full price.
Despite consistently strong efforts by ReMax in marketing my condominium,
because of the vagaries of the real estate market, my place took longer to sell
than originally expected. Thus Sharon and her group had to work harder and spend
more to sell the property than they probably expected, but this did not diminish
the level or quality of ReMax's services in the least, nor the confidence that
my condo would bring the price that I wanted.
In addition, since I was living in California for most of the time my place was
on the market, communication was more complicated than if I were living locally,
and I had to rely on the broker for things I would otherwise have taken care of
myself. Here again, ReMax was exemplary in terms of communication and
reliability: I knew that if anything in the condo needed attention in my
absence, Sharon would be on top of it immediately.
I feel very fortunate to have had Sharon, Gloria, and the rest of the ReMax on
the River staff working on my behalf to market my condominium while I was so far
away. Time and again they went beyond the call to assure that the property
showed well and sold in a timely way at a good price. I have the highest
appreciation for the services Sharon Cronin and her staff provided and very much
enjoyed working with Sharon and Gloria on a personal level. hence I recommend
ReMax on the River without hesitation to anyone selling or purchasing property
in the Newburyport area.
Sincerely
Frank H. Reynolds |
